Description
Join us for the 2nd Annual Mohegan Elementary Virtual Turkey Trot! This is a fun and fit way to spend a little extra time for yourself or with your friends and family this Thanksgiving. All you have to do is run or walk 1 mile or 5k (3.1 miles) from the comfort of your neighborhood. Families and friends of the Mohegan Elementary Community are welcome to join and register.
When: Complete the distance any time, any where, November 23rd- November 25th (Thanksgiving Day).
Cost: FREE- signs up start November 15th and run through Thanksgiving Day
Community Celebration: Submit a race photo for our post race celebration by emailing your picture to Karen Long: klong@montvilleschools.org
Results: November 26th, the day after Thanksgiving, a results link will appear for participants to upload their times on this web page. Submitting results is optional.
Tips: You can map your run using the MapMyRun app or a GPS smart watch, or map your path prior to going out and mark your time when you reach the distance.
