West Haven Rotary 3rd Annual Turkey Trot 5K

Join the Rotary Club of West Haven for our 3rd Annual 5K Turkey Trot and Fun Run on Saturday, November 23rd, 2024.

"Service above Self" has been our motto since we first began as a club in 1933.  This is a great opportunity to come together as a community to help those school age children who are less fortunate.  All proceeds, after expenses, will go to fund current and future projects such as 3rd grade dictionaries, Operation Warm Coat, scholarships for West Haven High School and Notre Dame High School, and Adult Education, First Day of School Baggies, WHEAT, and so much more!

Check in time starts at 8 a.m.  The Turkey Trot starts promptly at 9 a.m. and ends at 11am, starting at Bradley Point along the Boardwalk to the Bird Sanctuary Parking Lot and back to Bradley Point. Festivities and activities will take place post-race at the Grove. This has been measured and is a true 5K.  Free parking available.

Registration is $30/person (ages 9+) and $15/person (ages 3-8).  Each early registration includes an event tee!  Children in strollers are not required to register.  All ages are welcome including furbabies but must be leashed! 

We encourage Thanksgiving costumes and accessories!  Restaurant gift cards will be given to the top 10 most original costumes!

 Come early for hot beverages, and a holiday treat! Take photos with our giant Turkey!  

This event will NOT be timed.
