Mimi Strong Virtual 5K Run/Walk 2019

This will be a Virtual Race in honor of my Mom, Janet D'Occhio's (Mimi) birthday on August 31, 2019. As most of you know, Mom was diagnosed with Stage 4 Uterine Cancer two years ago. We broken heartedly lost her on January 3, 2019. She was my rock and my biggest running fan. I feel helpless and that's why I chose to have this race. The proceeds for this race will go into Smilow Gynecologic Cancers Program Fund. Everyone registered will receive a bib and finishers medal. Hopefully, it will help bring us one step closer to curing this awful disease. #Noonefightsalone #Mimistrong
