The Charm City Run 5K at Boordy Vineyards begins at 6:00PM. 

The start line is on vineyard property, near the parking area.

There are porta-potties at Boordy Vineyards, to the right of the barn as you enter the property.

There are no restooms along the course.

There is no bag check for this race. Parking is located close to the start, finish, and post-race areas, so you can leave items in your car and access them easily before and after your race.

Plenty of free parking is available on the Boordy Vineyards grounds. 

You must arrive at Boordy Vineyards prior to 5:30 PM as the roads leading into the Vineyard will be closed to guarantee that all traffic is off the course prior to the start of the race.

Yes, someone can pick up your packet for you. They will just need your Registration QR code that you can find either in your registration confirmation email or pre-race email.
How to resend your race confirmation email

All registrations are online and available up until the race starts or until the race is sold out.

All runners receive an race themed t-shirt at packet pickup, and a souvenir Boordy glass after finishing the race.

You can change your shirt size up until you pick up your race materials (subject to size availability).

Race registration fees (and the processing charge from RunSignup) are not refundable. These funds are used to pay for race premiums, permits, supplies, staffing, and other costs incurred before, during, and after the event is held. To be consistent and fair to everyone we cannot make exceptions to this policy.

There is one water station on the course. It is at approximately 1.75 miles, after the course turnaround.

The time limit for the Charm City Run 5K at Boordy Vineyards is one hour.

Although we love dogs, they are not allowed on the race course. 

Boordy Policy:

• SERVICE DOGS are welcomed, but no other pets are allowed.

Jogging strollers are not allowed on course. 

Headphones or earbuds are allowed but we ask that you either use open ear headphones (like Shokz which you can purchase at Charm City Run :)). If you use other headphones, please keep the volume low so you can hear all course directions from course marshals.

The course is measured for a 5K using the shortest possible path. Your watch may show a slightly longer distance as you weave around other runners, moving to stop at a water station, or take a longer curve around a turn.

The race starts and finishes at the same location at Boordy Vineyards.

Continue your celebration at Boordy Vineyards. The post-race party includes complimentary snacks and one glass of wine from Boordy Vineyards (21+ only). Sodas will also be available.

Charm City Run Mobile will be on site for shopping.

Additional wine and food is available for purchase for runners and spectators.

Please encourage your friends and family to bring along a picnic and join the festivities! NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL. Only wine purchased at the vineyard will be permitted on the premises.

Yes, your cheering section is welcome to join you at the post-race party. Please encourage your friends and family to bring along a picnic and join the festivities! NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL. Only wine purchased at the vineyard will be permitted on the premises.

Snacks and the free glass of wine are for runners only, but Boordy Vineyards will have additional wine available for purchase, and food vendors will be on site.

If you signed up for text message notifications, they will be sent to you soon after you cross the halfway split and finish line.

Yes, spectators can track you using the RaceJoy tracking app. They can send you cheers and you will get alerts as you hit mile marks. Download the RaceJoy app
