Honor a survivor, recognize someone currently facing cancer, celebrate a loved one who has overcome it, or remember someone whose life continues to inspire you with a personalized Walk in Their Honor Tribute Sign.

Each 18" × 24" yard sign will be displayed along the Tribute Walk Route during the Conquer Cancer Walk/Run, creating a meaningful pathway filled with stories of courage, strength, hope, and remembrance.

Your personalized sign will include:

• The name of the person being honored or remembered
• A photo, if desired
• Your choice of tribute design
• A customized cancer awareness ribbon color

After the event, the sign is yours to take home as a keepsake and display for years to come.

Proceeds support Enlightened Florida’s Cancer Awareness & Prevention Initiative, which promotes cancer education, prevention, early detection, survivorship, and access to community wellness resources.
