DASH for Detection is seeking energetic volunteers to assist with Race Day events. Volunteers provide key support to the hundreds of participants as they run, celebrate, and support DASH for Detection.

We rely on the dedication of volunteers to make DASH for Detection a huge success, so please consider joining the fun!

Individual Volunteers

Please make sure you are available for the duration of the listed timeframe before committing to your desired position. Individual volunteers will assist with nearly every aspect of the event, including:

  • Assist at Registration and Packet Pick-up on day of the event.
  • Organize, set up, and help faciliate kid activity stations.
  • Assist as a Station Attendant (Food, Info Tent, Course Markers, etc.)

Volunteer Groups

To be considered a Volunteer group, your organization must be able to provide 10 or more volunteers. Group volunteer opportunities are great for schools, clubs, sports teams, fraternities, sororities, etc. To reserve volunteer spots for your group, please follow the instructions below:

  • Email info@rolfefoundation.org
  • We will follow up with a volunteer group registration information.
    • It is important to indicate the number of volunteers your group will be providing to ensure coverage and full support for our participants.
  • Please make sure you are available for the opportunities and timeframes before committing to your desired position.
  • ALL group members must fill out form provided.

We are happy to provide verification of community service hours in return. Groups will only be eligible for these benefits by fulfilling the committed volunteer hours and requirements.

Your flexibility is greatly appreciated as we ensure all participants and volunteers have an enjoyable experience! If you can no longer attend your volunteer shift, please notify us as soon as possible.
