Grab a few friends, co-workers or neighbors and join us to cycle and appreciate the history and beauty of the National Mall 

Support our fundraising goals for Operation Stand-Walk-Run

Date: Saturday, October 8, 2022 

Starting Location: United States Capitol building grounds.  East side.  

Congregate 7.30 am PROMPT 

Ride Start: 8 am

Estimated end: 10:30 am

Registration: Adults $60, Children 12 - 18 $35

Parking options: 

Street, Union station or 300 Block of Maryland Avenue SW. 

  • Join us for a casual Bicycle/Riders Tour of the US Capitol and National Mall. 
    Breathtaking ride through the grounds of the national monuments.
  • Enjoy the history, impressive architecture, impeccable landscaping and lush gardens in their autumn glory.
  • An insider’s guided tour bringing riders up close to all the classic photographic locations as well as off the beaten path gems.
  • It will be Covid-19 compliant and social distancing guidelines will apply.
  • Carefully planned, family friendly to accommodate both the avid and casual biker.  
  • Total complete distance 12.5 miles (3 hr tour) but shorter route options will be available.
  • Virtual option which will allow participation from anywhere in the world to complete your 12.5 mile Bike and post a pic with the hashtag, #OperationSWRbiketour.
  • Commemorative event T-shirts and other paraphernalia will be provided.
  • Register today Grab a few friends, co-workers or neighbors and join us to cycle and appreciate the history and beauty of the National Mall.  Participants on motorized bikes, scooters and Hoverboards are welcome.

Your participation will help support our charity, Operation Stand Walk Run, which is a non-profit organization that provides surgical treatments for patients in Nigeria. This event offers you a spectacular experience while helping us raise needed funds and awareness to support our mission. 

We will hold a virtual Biking Do's and Don'ts - Biking 101 - Demonstrated by Coach Cross of Fitness Heights International. You will receive a discount on Virtual Fitness Classes for endurance , strength and weight loss.
