NGAUS is hosting its very first virtual 5k during the conference this year!
We are pleased that we are able to keep our tradition of our Conference 5k moving forward. It will, however, just look a little different this year. This year we will be hosting a VIRTUAL 5k Run/Walk. What does that mean? It means you will be able to walk or run your OWN race anytime during the race window, which will be Aug 24-30. You can participate where you are in the country. Virtual runs are great in the sense that you can do it on a treadmill, in your backyard if you have the room, a nearby trail or your neighborhood. If you are able to participate with some friends while being socially distancing responsible, that's even better. We are really disappointed we will not be able to see everyone in person this year, but this will be a fun opportunity for all.
Our first DEADLINE of Aug 16th was already met and medals are already being shipped out for those who registered by AUG 16th.
Due to positive comments and much demand, we are keeping registration open for the NGAUS Virtual Walk/Run open through Aug 28th or when we SELL OUT (so if you have not registered, do not wait or you might miss out).. Also, if you have registered AFTER the Aug 16th deadline, you will receive your awesome race medal after the conference is completed. Thank you for supporting the race this year. We know you will LOVE the medals.
