Description

Prevent Cancer Foundation's 5th annual 5k Walk/Run is taking place at Nationals Park on September 29th. We’re looking to build on the success of last year’s event by offering a new route around the Capitol Riverfront area and a start/finish at Nationals Stadium. Proceeds benefit Prevent Cancer’s mission of saving lives through cancer prevention and early detection. Additionally, a number of health partners will be there to offer free health screenings and some great games and activities throughout Nationals Stadium for participants after the run/walk.
