MASK REQUIREMENTS FROM THE STATE OF DELAWARE
*UPDATE As of 3/9 participants are allowed to lower their masks during the actual race portion of the event.
"Participants who can maintain social distancing during the race, to do so with no masks. When social distancing cannot be maintained, at the start and finish lines, and in at any other time where people may be gathered, masks are required."

Same great race but different name!
Those of you who have heard our Executive Director, Deb Buenaga’s introduction speech she says “Who remembers the first time you rode your bike?” We thought it would be fun to build on this and have a Retro Run! Join us, not only to raise money for adaptive bikes but also to REMEMBER the “good ole days”! Dress in whatever Retro means to you!

Saturday April 24th from 8:00am till 8:55am at Midnight Oil Brewery.
5K Start Time 9am.

Parking for Event
There is plenty of parking in the Midnight Oil parking lot or across the street.
Virtual 5K Information
What is a virtual 5K?
A virtual 5K is a race you can run or walk anytime and anywhere you like.
How do I post my results for the 5K?
From now until Saturday April 24th you can submit your official time.
Click the results page HERE.
Click the Submit Virtual Results button on the right side.
Provide your information.
Submit your time.
*Remember this is on the honor system.
Will my results count for age group awards?
Your virtual results do not count towards age group awards. However you can print off a finishers certificate online.
Will my SWAG be mailed to me?
If you would like your SWAG shipped to you there will be a $4.95 shipping and handling charge that you can pay at the time of check out. SWAG will be mailed after the completion of the event on April 24th.

You can pick up your SWAG at no charge at Captain Blue Hens on Main Street. SWAG pick up dates are Wednesday April 28th - May 12th. Please go to their FB PAGE for hours and directions.
