COURSE INFORMATION
Swim: Start in the water away from the entrance to avoid colliding with exiting swimmers. Keep buoys on your left going counterclockwise around the lake. Exit the water and follow the cones into transition. Watch for runners coming in.
Duathlon Run 1: Start on the bridge marked in chalk. Run is out and back. Cross mats to enter transition, watching for swimmers running in.
Bike: Do not mount your bike or ride through transition. Wear your helmet. Mount and dismount at the chalk line outside of transition. There is traffic on the course so be careful. There is no drafting. Everyone does two loops on the bike except Aquabike who is doing three loops. You must count your own loops.
Run: Exit transition near the lake and finish on the grass under the arch. Watch for the dip before the finish line.
