DeWitt Take a Breath for PH and Get Moving For MS

London's Virtual Race Information (USA and International)

If you cannot make the DeWitt Take a Breath for PH and Get Moving for MS events in person, but would still like to support this cause, you can complete the London's Virtual DeWitt Take a Breath for PH and Get Moving for MS in memory of London Lotarski!  A virtual race is a race that can be run (or walked) from any location you choose. You can run, jog, or walk on the road, on the trail, on the treadmill, at the gym or on the track (or even at another race). You get to run your own race, at your own pace, and time it yourself.  All participants will receive a finishers medal!

What: This is a Virtual race, so you choose your own course and time yourself.

When: Complete your race any time on or before May 16th, 2020! Medals will ship at the end of May.

Where:  You choose the course, distance, and you time yourself. 

Results: The Virtual Race is staged primarily on the honor system. After completing your race please share your results, experience and photos on our facebook page:  https://www.facebook.com/dewittracephms/.You may include more formal results from your Garmin, treadmill, or other fitness tracking device (although this is not required) all we need is your distance and your time.  Please note that Virtual Race results are not recorded as official results, nor are they eligible for age group awards or rankings.

Why:  Help us raise money for research and spread awareness of Pulmonary Hypertension and Multiple Sclerosis.  Proceeds go to benefit the Pulmonary Hypertension Association and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. 

Cost:  To accommodate for shipping the price for participation within the United States is $25 and includes a finishers medal. The price for participation internationally is $50 and includes a finishers medal.  T-shirts are available for $10 for both virtual races.
