Colorectal cancer affects both men and women and remains one of the leading causes of cancer-related deaths in the United States. The good news is that with recommended screening, colorectal cancer can often be prevented or detected at an early, more treatable stage. Our message is simple: TAKE A DAY TO SAVE YOUR LIFE! Regular screenings can identify precancerous polyps before they develop into cancer, making education and early detection powerful tools in the fight against this disease.
Rumpshaker, Inc. is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to promote awareness about colorectal cancer, raise funds to fight and treat it, and provide hope for colorectal cancer survivors and those affected by the disease.
The Rumpshaker 5K is at the heart of that mission. Each year, the race brings our community together to celebrate survivors, remember loved ones, raise awareness and support the fight against colorectal cancer.
Become a Fundraiser

Raise $250 as an individual fundraiser and receive $25 of your race entry fee back. You must be registered for the race and signed up as an individual fundraiser to qualify.
Teams can also fundraise together for the chance to be recognized as our Top Fundraising Team!
