The Chubb Bermuda Triangle Challenge

The Chubb Bermuda Triangle Challenge is proud to be able to support other Bermuda-based charities that provide vital services within the local community.

For the 2025 Chubb Bermuda Triangle Challenge, we're continuing these activities

All donations are tax deductible.

In addition, participants have the option of raising money for a charity of their own choosing by selecting the "become a fundraiser" option at the bottom of the page. Create a unique fundraising name and link to share with friends, family, and colleagues and use the time between now and race weekend to support a cause close to your heart.

Our 2025 charities include the following:

Bermuda Diabetes Association

The mission of the Bermuda Diabetes Association is to lead the Bermuda community to reduce the prevalence of diabetes and improve the lives of those affected. The Bermuda Diabetes Association offers a variety of public education programs, including individual counseling, personal diabetes management sessions, diabetes screening events, community outreach presentations, and school programs.

Bermuda Environmental Sustainability Taskforce (BEST)

BEST‘s mission is to preserve and enhance the quality of life in Bermuda for present and future generations by engaging with the community to advocate for sustainable management and development of the physical, social, and economic environments. The organization’s focus areas include responding to environmental threats, influencing policy, communication & outreach, and building capacity. In the last decade, BEST has worked to protect Warwick Long Bay from beach development, produced position papers on issues that impact the island’s communities and environment, and saved South Basin/Cross Island from industrial development.

Bermuda National Athletics Association (BNAA)

The mission of the BNAA is to represent, promote, and develop the sport of athletics, including the areas of track & field, road running, cross-country running, and race-walking without limitation, amongst all age categories in Bermuda.

Bermuda SPCA

The mission of the Bermuda SPCA is to encourage and promote kindness to animals, to provide effective, lawful means for the prevention of cruelty to animals, and to promote the education for the general public on care and well-being of all animals. The Inspectorate team provides 24-hour emergency service for animals that have been injured or are in need of emergency care, as well as overseeing complaints of cruelty and neglect for all types of animals. As an animal shelter, the SPCA provides a safe-haven for animals in need of a home and an adoption service for abandoned, abused, or neglected animals. In an average year, the shelter finds homes for over 300 animals.

Meals on Wheels Bermuda

Meals on Wheels serves those who are unable to prepare a meal on their own, and who have no regular caregiver, friend, or family member who can consistently provide this service. A healthy diet augments mental acuity, immune system health, recuperation speed, and energy level, and assists in the management of chronic health issues. However, Meals on Wheels Bermuda provides more than just a nutritious meal. For many seniors, the trusted volunteer who shows up with a tasty meal and a warm smile is the only person they see or speak with all day. This special delivery is something many of our clients really look forward to.

St. Baldrick's Foundation

Worldwide, 300,000 children are diagnosed with cancer each year. And in the U.S., more children die of childhood cancer than any other disease—more than AIDS, asthma, cystic fibrosis, congenital anomalies and diabetes combined. By working closely with leading pediatric oncologists, the St. Baldrick's Foundation helps determine the most promising research to fund and create funding priorities to make the greatest impact for children with cancer. While some organizations spread their research dollar between adult and children’s cancers, every grant funded by the St. Baldrick’s Foundation is for childhood cancer research.

St. John Ambulance

As one of the island’s oldest charities, St John Ambulance has been attending to the first aid needs of the Bermuda community since 1894. They attend over 200 events annually, including the Chubb Bermuda Triangle Challenge, the Bermuda Day Marathon and Parade, Rugby Classic, Cup Match, Powerboat and Motocross races, various community events and much more. St. John Ambulance does not have any full time staff and relies totally on our dedicated volunteers in order to operate, as well as donations from the community in order to raise funds to cover the cost of services, supplies and equipment.
