FEED FARM ANIMALS for MISS PAM's RANCH or Support for Future Races

Donation Goal: $3,000

Our RACES support cultures, people, places...and NEEDS we RUN into ...running locally and around the world.

WE CONTINUE TO HELP THE NEEDS CAREN WARE RUNS INTO RUNNING all over the WORLD. A BIG project is helping the NEPALI guides and porters school and feed their children during the Monsoon season.

An Everest Nepali hat to anyone that donates $50 or more. These will be at the Caren Ware Events booth race day. Watch the YOUTUBE CHANNEL caren.ware.events and see your donations in action.

This year's 2023 major projects are also making WHEELCHAIR accessibility possible so MISS PAM can RUN her ranch to build confidence and esteem in youth as they learn to ride and care for ranch animals.  She is doing so in from a WHEELCHAIR!    We also get to help feed the farm animals for her awesome programs that impact at risk youth by being able to be on an working ranch RUN just for them.

It's been a thrill (bold, courageous, and impactful) to support the Nepalese families and higher elevation SHERPA villages in the Himalayas of NEPAL. It is very difficult to make it through their MONSOON seasons and get to keep their kids in school and have their medical needs that arise be funded..  I met them and RAN into their needs while trekking to EVERET BASECAMP and the RUNNING of the EVEREST MARATHON , the world's highest and hardest marathon.

We also continue to support the porters and guides in the villages at the base of  Mt. Kilimanjaro, Tanzania ,Africa.  This arose out of running the Mt. Kilimanjaro marathon, as its base.  Then summitting this almost 20,000 foot , non active volcano!  Each of these men , in both regions, are heavy loads up mountains for $5 a day to provide for their families.

Thank you, running community for healthy spread HOPE and HEALTH.

Your dollars from this race will help us buy exact size trekking shoes and jackets for Sherpa families so their men can continue to 'port' for a living with adequate footwear and protection from the vacillating weather at that elevation.   The goal is to have Caren Ware Events and the running community raise $3000 a month so these entities can depend on support and continued health of what they are actively doing!

COMING SOON, the release of the book FINDING FIT   Fall of 2023  www.finding-fit.com

And the creation of WARE IN THE WORLD ADVENTURES, active traveling to remote places .  A combination of running, and running into cultures, lifetime experiences, and places.   Coming in 2024!
