For those that can't make it to our wonderful race on race day, we would still appreciate a charitable donation to our host, the La Jolla Kiwanis Foundation, which raises money for many childrens' charities.

The La Jolla Kiwanis Foundation has been host to the La Jolla Half Marathon for all of its 39 years, and all net proceeds go to all of the Kiwanis Club's many childrens' charities. Each year, the La Jolla Kiwanis Foundation writes over 100 grants to various charities, such as:

All La Jolla public schools (scholarships)
Various La Jolla / San Diego area private schools
YMCA
Boy Scouts / Girl Scouts
La Jolla Community Center
La Jolla Recreation Center
La Jolla Historic Society
La Jolla Parks and Beaches
Museums
Military and veterans charities
Salvation Army
San Diego Humane Society
and many more
