Latinas Leading Tomorrow (LLT) is raising $60,000 to support our growing programs that empower middle and high school Latina students through leadership development, mentoring, and access to opportunity.
This year, our goal reflects the rising need in our community where more students than ever are looking to us for support, guidance, and connection.
Your 5K Attendance and Fundraising Supports Three Impactful Programs:
✅ CORE Program
Our year-round leadership and mentoring program delivered directly in schools. In Arlington alone, we serve students across six public schools. It costs about $10,000 per school to provide weekly sessions, mentors, workshops, and essential support for student success.
✅ ELITE Leadership Academy
A multi-day summer intensive that gives high school Latina youth the tools to lead with confidence—covering topics like public speaking, college readiness, and digital skills.
✅ STEMpower Camp
A fun and engaging summer camp that introduces middle school girls to science, technology, engineering, and math through hands-on learning and mentorship from Latina STEM professionals.
