Description
This is a Fun Family 5K featuring a beautiful course with views of both the Halifax River and Atlantic Ocean. This race welcomes walkers and runners of all ages and fitness levels.
Route includes a run down the beautiful Halifax. All turns and miles will be clearly marked with signs and/or volunteers. No water stations on course only located at the start/finish area. The Port Orange Police Department will control traffic along the route and one lane will be closed for race participants.
Goodie bags with T-shirts guaranteed to all participants registered before January 10th.
All funds raised from this event will go to scholarships for the Port Orange YMCA Livestrong program.

LIVESTRONG at the YMCA
The Volusia Flagler Family YMCA is committed to helping strengthen our community. Through LIVESTRONG at the YMCA, a free, 12 week nationally recognized program that helps cancer survivors reclaim their health and their lives, the Y completes the circle of support uniting or reuniting family, friends, health professionals and the community. Our participants have spent countless hours at various cancer centers to get better, but they come to the Y to heal. LIVESTRONG at the YMCA offers participants a safe haven to try new things and meet new people. This program is our opportunity as an organization to help those that do not know where to turn and who are in personal need of support.

Packet Pick Up
Packet Pick Up will be held on Friday, January 15th at the Port Orange Family YMCA 4:00PM- 7:00PM ,4701 City Center Pkwy Port Orange, FL 32129
Race Day at the Parking lot across from Aunt Catfish starting at 7:00AM.
Day of Race Registration will be available however t-shirts and/or specific sizes are not guaranteed
