The 16 MCG Student Run Clinics are led by a group of student doctors who have embraced the mission of bridging gaps in healthcare. With a poverty rate as high as 15% in some areas and rising rates of underserved patients, the free Student Run Clinics are meeting an unprecedented need. These clinics also tailor their services to different populations to meet patients where they are at. From Clinica Latina, APIDA Clinic, and more providing culturally sensitive care, to Pediatrics Clinic making sure the next generation of children have the chance to thrive, and even Equality Clinic making sure no LQBTQIA+ patient is forgotten about; all the MCG Student Run Clinics work together to make sure no patient is forgotten about.
All donations made are contributed to a pool of funds that will be directly donated to all 16 MCG Student Run Clinics participating in our 5k fundraiser. These clinics utilize these funds to purchase medical supplies, organize outreach events, and even assist underserved patients in affording medications. Your generosity no matter how big or small will benefit the lives of so many people in need.
