Grass Roots Cross Country Series 8k (non-striders)

The Grass Roots Series is a family friendly event open to competitors of all ages and ability levels. Bring your family, friends or team. All competitors 18 or younger must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Location: Blanchard Woods Park (Evans). Take I-20 WEST to Exit #190. Make a RIGHT off the interstate and follow this a little over 5 miles to Blanchard Rd. Make a LEFT on Blanchard Rd and follow this the 1.5-2 miles to the park entrance. Please park on the back side of the facility. DO NOT PARK IN THE GRASS AREAS or along the course.

Registration: Mail in Advance, online, or in person between 7:15-7:50am on Race Day. Make checks payable to Georgia Regents University (formerly Augusta State University).

Cost: $12.00 per race OR $55 for all 5 races in advance . Checks payable to Georgia Regents University (formerly Augusta State University).

Awards: Top Male/Female overall, as well as overall age group awards to the top runner in their category. Results will be available at AugustaStriders.com. For those wanting a guaranteed t-shirt, please include your shirt size with your entry and an additional $8.00 plus your entry fee (if registering with form) or purchase online in store. This will work for EARLY entries only. We cannot guarantee your shirt size on Race Day.
