Horizons A Family Service Alliance has been providing life changing services for over 60 years in eastern Iowa. We provide 3 main programs which are Meals on Wheels, which helps older adults and people with disabilities in eastern Iowa get their daily nutrition by delivering Hot Fresh and ready to eat meals Monday- Friday.
Another program is NTS (Neighborhood transportation) Which provides rides during a time when the city busses do not operate, a lot of our clients work 2nd or 3rd shifts which wouldn't be possible with out our NTS program.
Finally we have Financial Wellness, we provide student loan counseling, budget and credit counseling, we are HUD certified, and our most popular program which is our Payee program.
