Love You Des Moines Days 5K/1K Family Fun Run

All proceeds for the Love You Des Moines 5k run and 1k Family Fun Run will go to Mary's Helping Hands. 

Mary’s Helping Hands provides hope, love and support for expecting mothers who may need a helping hand with basic needs for their child’s first two years of life.

So many families amongst our community are struggling to acquire the basic necessities of life. A new baby puts an added strain on already limited resources and many babies lack appropriate items of clothing and blankets to stay warm and thrive during their crucial first year of life. On the other hand, so many of us have been blessed with excess clothing during the course of their first year and many items are only worn once or twice or never used before they are outgrown.

Your donation helps provide the basic necessities such as clothing, diapers and wipes at no cost.
