Sullivan County is in desperate need for resources for mental health aid. Whether it is you personally or someone you love, each and every one of us is affected by mental health. It is important for everyone to know where and when to seek help. If you see a friend struggling or if you begin to spiral down the dark road of depression, you need to know how, when and where you can reach out before it is too late. Too many times mental health wins the war but if we can expand our resources and make them easily available, then maybe we can beat mental health before it beats us.
