Make-A-Wish Michigan, Dream Team
Since 1984, Make-A-Wish Michigan has been creating life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. Last year, Make-A-Wish Michigan granted 403 wishes to children in our communities.
By joining the Dream Team, YOU can help us grant the wish of every eligible child.
A recent impact study shows:
9 out of 10 wish parents said the wish experience helped relieve their family from traumatic stress.
8 out of 10 wish parents saw that their child’s wish gave them a stronger sense of empowerment.
8 out of 10 wish parents say a child’s wish experience serves as a coping mechanism during treatment.
9 out of 10 wish parents saw their child’s well-being improve with a wish.
A single wish costs approximately $10,000. If every athlete were to fundraise/donate $7 we would be able to grant a wish for a local kiddo and help make their dreams come true!

Assigned Wish Hero (You’ll be connected to a local wish kiddo to help inspire your training and fundraising)
VIP packet pick up
VIP tent access on race weekend which includes private gear check, port-a-potties, food/beverage and a place to reunite with your family while you sit and kick your feet up after crossing the finish line!
