POINT Promoting Mental Health 5k

Help promote mental health awareness and wellness one step at a time with Point at Michigan State University's 5K run/walk! All proceeds go to Mental Health America, the Nation's leading community-based nonprofit dedicated to addressing the needs of those living with mental illness and promoting the overall mental health of all Americans. Mental Health America promotes mental health as a critical part of overall wellness, including prevention services for all, early identification and intervention for those at risk, and integrated care and treatment for those who need it, with achieving victory over mental illness through advocacy, education, research, and services being the goal.
