THE NIGHTCRAWLER 5K

The Mississippi Parents of Blind Children is a part of the National Federation of the Blind of Mississippi. We fosters positive teaching about blindness. Through increased public awareness and raising the expectations of blind people, dreams can be fulfilled, security and equality can be achieved, and our first-class citizenship can be recognized. Believing in ourselves, having confidence in all that we do, blindness will not hold us back.

Vision Statement:
The National Federations of the Blind of MS sees all persons who are blind living a life of independence personally, socially, and economically.

Mission Statement:
National Federation of the Blind of MS offers services to and provides options, and creates opportunities for persons who are blind by promoting the use of the long white cane, Braille, and assistive technology. Our goal is that each person who is blind will be a viable participant in society.
