The Greensboro Science Center is dedicated to inspiring discovery, supporting conservation, and creating connections that make a difference in our community and beyond.
Your donations help the GSC care for our over 165 animal species, fund staff conservation work both locally and globally, and support accessibility to the Center through our Science for All initiative.
The GSC is expanding- and we can't wait to share what's in store! Opening late 2027, Expedition Rainforest: The Greensboro Biodome and Aquatic Rehabilitation and Conservation Center (ARCC) is the Greensboro Science Center’s boldest step forward yet, bringing a living tropical rainforest to the heart of the Triad.

The North Carolina American Association of Zookeepers (NC AAZK) is a passionate group of animal care professionals and conservation enthusiasts dedicated to making a difference for wildlife both locally and globally. Known for mixing hard work with a healthy dose of fun, they’ve hosted a variety of creative fundraisers over the years, from the always-popular Bowling for Rhinos, where animal lovers trade their work boots for bowling shoes, to spirited virtual trivia nights, t-shirt sales, and charity runs. Every dollar raised supports vital conservation projects and animal welfare initiatives, proving that helping animals doesn’t just make a difference, it can also be a great time!
