This is the first annual BCIC 5k run/walk to stop child traffickers. All proceeds will go towards the education of the general public as well as those who would become victims themselves. We have come into partnership with The United States Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights. Having a certification with this organization allows BCIC to be in this unique position to be able to provide yet another in a long line of public services, as well as keeping the avenues of community activism open for dialogs to take place on a level that directly speaks to this increasingly problematic issue, speaking to the trauma affecting those who are fortunate enough to survive bringing little comfort of education and knowledge after the fact. So, let’s get out in front by participating in this run could be your small but impacting contribution to literally save lives. This is just the first 5k sponsored in part by BCIC and you the public that we seek to aid as well as some industrial supporters. This 5k will be dubbed “Race against Child Trafficking”.
