The Annual Sherman-Steichen Memorial Run was established in 1997 to raise money for scholarships for a pharmacy and physical therapy student given in honor of Brett Sherman and Nick Steichen. Brett Sherman was a pharmacy student that joined the pharmacy program in 1995. He was dependable, considerate and his good nature was evidenced in his ready grin. Nick Steichen was a member of the Physical Therapy class of 2000. He was intelligent, hard-working and fun-loving. This event is held every year to honor their lives and every year we are graced with the presence of the students’ family members. The event is put together through the help of Creighton University School of Pharmacy and Health Profession's Physical Therapy Leadership Guild and Phi Lambda Sigma, as well as through the help of our sponsors.
