For two decades, CASA for Children has provided support to our communities’ most vulnerable members – children in foster care. 
Our mission is to train and supervise community volunteers, appointed by the Family Court, to advocate for the best interests of children who have been removed from their homes due to abuse and neglect.  Our volunteers are assigned to one child, or a sibling group, and stay with that child throughout the entire time the child is in foster care – on average more than 2 years.  CASA Advocates often become the one consistent adult in the child’s life, and those bonds and their impact lasts a lifetime.
