4th Annual Rock Steady Boxing Toms River Walk

Rock Steady Boxing Toms River Opened in July 2021 by Tracey Rodriguez, a physical therapist in Lacey New Jersey with Atlantic Physical Center, to continue the fight against Parkinson's and improve the quality of life of as many people with Parkinson's as possible. The program is designed to combine non-combat boxing, agility, coordination, balance, and strength and flexibility training to help slow the progression of the disease and maximize functional independence. Rock Steady Boxing serves both men and women of all ages and levels of ability.
