Tyler Brown was the living embodiment of
a renaissance man. He was an artist, musician,
wrestler, rugby player, lacrosse player,
YMCA camp counselor, student, community
servant, and friend to many. At the age of 17,
Tyler was tragically killed in a car accident.
Named in the spirit of Tyler’s expansive interests,
SummerCollab’s Tyler’s Camp is a
tuition-free summer program that gives Delaware’s
youth a chance to explore new ideas
and uncover unknown talents. All proceeds
from the run will go toward funding Tyler’s
Camp. Campers experience a range of programming
facilitated by leading experts in
fields of the sciences, the arts, and more, including
Wilmington Children’s Chorus, The
Queen Wilmington, University of Delaware,
and more.
All proceeds from the race will benefit Tyler’s
Camp
