Proceeds in association with Laps for Lew 5K Run/Walk and donations support the Lew Mitchell Scholarship for Volunteerism and Leadership. The Lew Mitchell Scholarship is awarded to deserving high school seniors who demonstrate a commitment to volunteering and leadership in their local communities. The Lew Mitchell Scholarship is awarded through the Family Assistance Resource Center, a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization.
