100% of donations generated by this race will be donated to Ainsley's Angels Syracuse Chapter. Ainsley's Angels of America aims to build awareness about America's special needs community through inclusion in all aspects of life, including endurance events. Ainsley's Angels is a national 501(c)3 that opened a Syracuse chapter in 2019. 2019 was an extremely successful inaugural year with enrollment of 7 Angel Athletes, over 20 Angel Runners and competed in 6 local races. Momentum was building for 2020 with funds being raised to add even more riders, until the Covid-19 pandemic hit. Almost 12 months later, we've seen the disproportionate impact this pandemic has played, and continues to play, on people with disabilities. Donations & entry fees to this will help contribute to protecting the future of endurance sports for people with disabilities.
