Try your best, dust off that treadmill, smile at someone, give a little encouragement, enjoy your life. This virtual 5K can be completed anywhere within the given timeframe. If you are completing this event on a treadmill, you can still complete the "good deed" challenge. A good deed is defined (for the purposes of this race) as anything good! Examples: give your cat or dog a good petting, make someone laugh, compliment someone, make someone happy who looks sad....
