West End Run 2024

Every year the goal of our event is to raise essential funds in support of the mission of the Lake County YMCA: To put Christian principles into practice through programs that build a healthy spirit, mind, and body FOR ALL. 

Leaders Clubs help develop youth grades 7-12 as leaders while fostering a culture of service. 
$25 pays for a teenager to belong to VIV: Very Important Volunteers.

Drowning is the second leading cause of death for children between the ages of 5 and 14.  Providing lessons to children in need can reduce this statistic. $30 delivers swim lessons for 7 weeks to a child in need.

Many people in "The greatest generation" are isolated. The Y provides a haven for people who otherwise might never be around positive people all day. $40 helps cover the cost of one adult membership for a month.
