Stop the Violence Philly Love Exquisite Arts and Recreation Nonprofit Center (L.E.A.R.N.) 1st Annual Youth and Adult Empowerment Symposium to support the efforts of ending senseless gun violence in Philadelphia.  The Empowerment Symposium will include actively engaging motivational speakers who will discuss the topics of self-love, self-control, dealing with life transitions, and the impact of gun violence in Philadelphia.
