The United Way of Lancaster County is working to advance the common good by addressing the most pressing needs in our community in the areas of Education, Health and Financial Stability. This work is done through 8 United Way programs and 17 grants to local nonprofits that serve Lancaster County residents. United Way is the lead organization for the Lancaster Area Coalition for the Homeless and is working toward both short- and long-term solutions to address housing insecurity in Lancaster County. We bring together organizations and nonprofits, schools, businesses and community members, united in purpose to create community-wide solutions that address these problems.
