Help us raise funds for a great charity partner: The Meyer Center for Special Children. The Meyer Center for Special Children is a nonprofit that empowers children with disabilities to reach their maximum potential. Our unique approach integrates early childhood education with intensive therapies, bridging the gap between students with disabilities and their typical peers. The Meyer Center serves children (ages 0-7 years) with varying disabilities such as cerebral palsy, Down Syndrome, autism and rare genetic conditions. Nine multi-categorical classrooms (serving 95 students) provide an enriching educational setting for students to learn while simultaneously receiving intensive speech, physical and occupational therapies. This early intervention is key in determining our students’ long-term success in life. We believe that in the right environment, every child can succeed.
