First We Live Foundation, Inc. Mission:
We support and cultivate access to integrated mental health programs and services for those who encounter societal barriers in identifying and attending to their mental health needs, especially youth and those engaged in helping professions.
Donations will help fund programs, opportunities and services directly supporting mental health needs.
First We Live Foundation has already helped make an impact in our local community with an Oasis Room at Ripon Middle School & Wellness Day at Murray Park/Quest Elementary.
- Oasis (Open Access to Sustainable Integrated Services) Rooms are a space where students and staff can go to have a quiet space and access resources and strategies to support their mental health.
- Wellness Day at Murray Park/Quest Elementary in Ripon was also made possible by FWLF. The focus of the day was to highlight that stress is normal, mental health is a priority, and provided students with opportunities to learn and practice various coping skills in partnership with local mental health providers.
