Q: Why can’t I bring my dog? I have brought my dog in previous years.
A: The Fun Run is a part of the St. Patrick’s Day Festival. Alameda County Health Department
rules stipulate that dogs and other pets are not allowed at the festival because of food safety.
Q: Can I run with my child in a stroller?
A: Yes, but we ask that you start toward the back of the pack of runners. The child in the
stroller is also ineligible to win an age group award.
Q: Do I have to pay for my child to participate in the race?
A: Children five years of age and older will need to pay to participate in the race. However,
payment is required for children under the age of five only if they want to receive a race bib, tshirt,
and participant ribbon
Q: Where do I pick-up my t-shirt and race bib?
A: PACKET PICK-UP: Registration will be available
Friday, March 16 from 3-8 p.m. and Saturday, March
17 from 12-4 p.m. at Dick’s Sporting Goods, Fallon
Gateway, 2820 Dublin Blvd., Dublin. This is your last
opportunity to receive pre-registration rates.
Q: Are Family Registrations timed?
A: All registration categories are timed except for the Individual Not Timed Registration.
Q: How do I register a Corporate, Non-Profit or Running club online?
A: You must have a minimum of five registrants for this option. You will need a coupon code in
order to select this option and receive the discount. Please email the race director.
Q: I am registering a Corporate, Non-Profit or Running club online and the price is showing $27
per person, which is incorrect.
A: You must have the coupon code from the race director in order to receive the discount.
Once that is applied, the fee will change.
