RACE DAY QUESTIONS:
A: Race activities will begin at approximately 8:00am. More info on the exact timing of the 5K and the 1-Mile Fun Run / Walk coming soon.
A: The race will start right outside of the Anaheim Ducks practice facility - Great Park Ice & Fivepoint Arena – and run throughout and around the park. Participants will finish the course in the same spot they started.
A: All attendees should plan to park in Great Park Parking Lot 2 along Corsair and Hornet.
A: We recommend all participants plan to arrive and be parked by 7:30 AM. Participants are highly encouraged to pick up their race packets at early packet pick-up (Date, Time and Location TBD). Participants are allowed to send someone to pick up their packet for them as long as they bring a copy of the participant's ID or a copy of their registration confirmation email. Race packets can also be picked up on the day of the event.

A: Portable restrooms will be located on site, near the start/finish area.
A: There is not a place to leave your things during the race. We recommend leaving whatever you will not want during the race in your car.
A: Yes.
A: Any family/other guests attending, but not actually participating in the race are welcome to wait in the vendor alley area near the start/finish line.
A: Yes - dogs are allowed under the following circumstances.
- Only one dog per adult.
- All dogs must always be on leash.
- All dogs must wear an identification tag and be accompanied by someone 18 years of age or older.
- Dogs whose behavior could be dangerous to others or other dogs are not permitted.
- Dogs whose behavior is unpredictable in crowds or with other dogs are not permitted.

REGISTRATION QUESTIONS:
A: We do not issue refunds. All sales will be final. However, runners who raise $250 for the Anaheim Ducks Foundation through the RunSignup fundraising feature will receive a $50 refund from their registration cost. Runners can also receive a $50 refund from their registration cost by referring 5 runners to participate in the race. Please contact CommunityRelations@AnaheimDucks.com with any questions regarding fundraising/referrals.
A: Registrants can receive their bib, information packet and other items (if purchased during registration) on the day of the event, or during early packet pickup (Date, Time, and Location TBD) prior to the race. Medals will be distributed to participants at the finish line.
Those participating virtually will receive their items by mail to the address provided during registration the week leading up to the event.
A: There is no age requirement, however, individuals of all ages must be registered to receive a race bib. Children under 5 years of age are free and do not have to register, but will not receive a race bib or medal.
A: Yes. Registration will close at midnight on Wednesday, November 18th, 2026.
A: This race follows the fair competition policies of the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA). Participants that elect not to disclose their gender will not be included in the scoring for awards.
PACKET PICKUP QUESTIONS
A: Early check-in / packet pick up will take place prior to the race (Date, Time, and Location TBD). Participants are allowed to send someone to pick up their packet for them as long as they bring a copy of the participant's ID or a copy of their registration confirmation email. Race packets can also be picked up on the day of the event.
A: Yes, a family member or friend can check-in for you with valid photo identification or a copy of your registration confirmation email.
DUCKS GAME TICKET QUESTIONS:
A: Registrants will receive an email in the weeks leading up to the race from the Anaheim Ducks / RunSignup with information on how to redeem their ticket.
A: No. However, there will be several game dates to choose from when redeeming the free ticket.
A: Participants will be able to enter multiple ticket codes during the redemption process, and then choose multiple seats next to each other.
A: Yes. As with any tickets to Anaheim Ducks home games at Honda Center, parking is included through the free Katella and Cerritos parking structures. Visit the Honda Center parking website for more information.
POST-EVENT QUESTIONS:
A: Following the race, all participants will receive an email from the Anaheim Ducks with a link to photos.
A: Yes. The top 3 men's and top 3 women's finishers in each age bracket at this year's race will receive awards. The top overall men's and women's finishers will also receive an additional award.
