When is the event?
The Echoes in Pink 5K Walk/Run will take place on Saturday, October 18, 2026.
What time does the walk/run event begin?
The event start time is 6:30 a.m. EST/AST.
Where is the event being held?
This is a virtual event - you can join us virtually from anywhere in the world. Walk or run in your own community and connect with us via Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube Live.
How do I register?
Register online here: RunSignUp Registration Link.
What does it cost?
Registration is $20 per person.
Are fees refundable?
No. As this is a fundraiser, all fees directly support Healing Hands Worldwide’s programs.
What should I wear?
· Comfortable fitness or leisure wear.
· Something pink to show support.
How long is the course?
It’s a 5K (3.1 miles). Walk or run at your own pace - wherever you are. If unable to complete the full 5K, not to worry, simply do whatever distance is comfortable for you. The important thing is your partnership and community effort.
How do I log my time?
After completing your walk/run, take a screenshot of your tracked time and send it to us here: info@hhworldwide.org.
What about weather?
Since we’re in hurricane season, weather could potentially impact local outdoor meetups. If a storm is declared, we’ll update participants through our website: www.hhworldwide.org. Please note that indoor participation options are also a viable option such as treadmills or alternate gym equipment such as stairmasters etc.
Do participants receive prizes?
While there are not official “prizes” all participants will receive a participation certificate and the overall winner (first to complete the 5K distance) will also receive a selection of HHW branded swag.
Can I sponsor the event?
Yes! Sponsorship opportunities are available. Details here: www.hhworldwide.org.
Can I fundraise as a participant?
Yes! Create a personal or team fundraising page through RunSignUp. Raise $100 or more and receive complimentary registration.

What programs do the proceeds benefit?
· One-Patient-at-a-Time: Free chemotherapy for underserved breast cancer patients in Jamaica, Ghana and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
· One-Student-at-a-Time: Full scholarships and mentorship for high-achieving students from underserved communities.
By participating, you help ensure no woman faces cancer alone and that deserving students can pursue their education.
