The Virtual Vertical 5k

Runners will receive a t-shirt and participation medal. Runners have 40 minutes to complete their 5k. The objective is to complete the 5k and achieve the most vertical gain in the allotted time.

HOW TO SUBMIT RESULTS:
Using your preferred running app (we recommend Strava), take a screenshot of your finish time and vertical gain. Post on Instagram and tag @magiccitytheatreonice and use the hashtag: #Vertical5k

In the spirit of competition, post as many run times as you'd like until 11:59PM CDT on May 2, 2020.

First place awards will be given to Males and Females for the following age divisions: Ages 0-12, Ages 13-19, Ages 20-39, Ages 40-100.

A first place medal will be given for best selfie that represents the theme of vertical height.
