Event: Torch Spring Fling
Let's get out and exercise everyday in April.
Participants will receive a very cool "Raglan" Shirt and a medal at the end of the month.

Weekly emails with suggested workouts!
Exercise includes running, walking, hiking, gym workouts, cycling of 20-30 minutes a day.
Workout will be record daily on Runsignup or a paperlog may be turned in at the end of the month.
