Inspire Before You Expire
This is a virtual race that anyone anywhere in the world can participate in. There is an amazing WOOD medallion that you will receive for your participation. It will be mailed to the address you provide. I encourage you to do a minimum of 5K (3.10686M) you can walk, skip, sprint or even count your steps through the month to equal this. Which ever way you choose to complete the distance, remember to Just Breathe and take some awesome photographs to share for the awareness!
