SUCK Black Challenge
Black Bracelet = 2 days (48 hours) = - 25 miles with pack/SB + Double Gut Check Murph 200 pack presses, 400 pack push-ups and 600 pack squats + 1 mile burpee leap frog.
*Note: the humping and the exercises can be broken up over the course of the 48 hours but if you do multiple runs, each must be documented. The 1 mile burpee leap frog must be completed non-stop once started, no breaking it up and GPS documented as well. We’d appreciate it if you could have a friend/family member take a photo of your smiling face while attempting the mile for our viewing pleasure.

Devil's Double
The Devil’s Double is a combination of the GUT CHECK Black Challenge & the SUCK Black Challenge and BOTH must be completed in 48 hours.
- GUT CHECK Black Challenge: 25 miles of running + 3,000 ab crunches + 1,100 push-ups + 1,100 jumping jacks + 1 mile burpee leap frog
- SUCK Black Challenge: 25 miles of humping a pack (men 50lb sandbag plus pack & women 35lb sandbag plus pack) + Double Gut Check Murph 200 pack presses with SB, 400 pack push-ups with SB & 600 pack squats to a 5 gallon bucket with SB + 1 mile burpee leap frog.
Once you start the SUCK or the GUT CHECK Black Challenge, you CAN NOT break up either event. You are allowed a 1 hour break between the run/hump to eat, drink, change clothes but must begin on the exercises before or at the 1 hour mark. When you start either event you must have GPS, STRAVA or similar proof of all 25 miles done continuously. Next, the exercises MUST be completed in the order that they are listed. You can not break them up. Complete all the reps in order of one exercise before you move onto the next with the 1 mile burpee leap frog to finish. The GUT CHECK or the SUCK DO NOT have to be done back to back, you can break the 2 events up over the 48 hours. Example, I’d recommended starting the SUCK Black Challenge Friday 7PM, complete it, get some rest then attempting the GUT CHECK Black Challenge Sunday 7AM.
If you are able to complete both Black Challenges you will EARN a unique one of a kind Devil’s Double custom bracelet that not many will have.
