Event: Anza Borrega Desert 225 Mile Summer Challenge - Run, Hike, Bike or Ride
The course starts at 26650 San Felipe Road, Warner Springs, CA and heads down the Montezuma Grade to the town of Borrego Springs. You will head east with an off-road detour to visit Fonts Point. It is on to the Salton Sea, Bombay Beach and Slab City. You will go completely around the sea and head back to Ocotillo Wells before getting back on the wash roads where you will visit Hawk Canyon, the Mountains of the Moon, and The Slot. You will then head west and take the old Overland Stage route back to the finish!
