Pancakes for PDCD 5K/10K

Pyruvate Dehydrogenase Complex Deficiency (PDCD) effects so many people throughout the world and is such a worthy cause that we decided to go global this year. In addition to our run in centennial Colorado we will be offering “virtual” run for anyone who is not able to come to Centennial for our event. A virtual run is a run that can be ran at any location. You can walk, use a treadmill, run outside or participate in another race. You can run your race at your pace wherever you like. It is even more fun if you can get your friends and family to run with you!
