6:20 – Opening remarks
6:30 – Meet starts - 400m (multiple heats)
6:40 – 1600 (2 heats)
6:55 - Kids 100 meter (kids 10 and under, kids do NOT need to register for this event)
7:00- 200m (multiple heats)
7:10 – 800m (multiple heats)
7:20 – 3200
7:45 - 4 x 400m relay
8:00 – 4 x 100m relay: Water Balloon Relay ( runners will carry a full water balloon to hand off to each runner) **if your balloon pops, your team is disqualified**
